About Me...

The name’s Adam. If you’ve not guessed already. Born in the 80′s, I was a child of the era that gave us fantastic ballads and even better cartoons. I grew up on the Isle of Portland in Dorset which fueled my fire for Urban Exploring. You can explore the Isle from the comfort of your armchair, using Geoff Kirby’s fantastic website.

I made my first website in 2002 using Yahoo Geocities. Dreadful it was. In fact, it still lives and breathes (just) at the free hosting account I moved it to in 2003. (If your retinas can withstand… here it is )

I love making websites and when I’m not making websites I’m usually thinking about making websites. I work mostly with WordPress and just can’t get enough of it! The framework is brilliant and it surprises me in new ways every day.

I work at Key Multimedia in Dorchester. If Calrsberg did jobs, this would be it! Check them out.

So, when I’m not making websites I do a bit of photography and urban exploring – “what’s urban exploring?” I hear you say. Well, it’s all about going to places which have been forgotten and left to the merciless Mother Nature. Whether it’s an old shop or a top secret military underground bunker (yes, they do exist).

I also love old Volkswagens. When I say old, I mean anything before 1991. I’ve currently got a white mark2 Golf 16v. Yum. If I won the lottery I’d get a Type147 Fridolin. Don’t know what that is? Here’s one
